We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking available, making it easy for us to bring our own car. The location was great, as it provided easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.
Can't think of anything.

Had a great time at this hotel during New Year's! The rooms were cozy and well-furnished, perfect for our small group of friends. The best part about the hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff, who were always willing to help us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the city center and how easy it was to find our way around. The food at the restaurant was also quite delicious and reasonably priced.
One downside to our stay was that the beds weren't very comfortable, and we could feel the springs. we had a bit of difficulty communicating with the staff, as they didn't speak much English, but it didn't cause any major issues.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a taxi from the nearest railway station costing only a few dollars. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, much larger than what you would find in similar-priced hotels in other European countries. the bathrooms have sealed shower doors, a feature often lacking even in more expensive hotels. the staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Language can be a barrier, as only a limited number of staff members speak languages other than Ukrainian.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a classic European design. We were amazed by the variety of Ukrainian food in the restaurant, especially the traditional dish - borshch. the location of the hotel was convenient, as we were able to take a short taxi ride to the nearby sights.
We did find some aspects of the hotel less than satisfactory. the wifi connection was unreliable and the language barrier made communication with the staff difficult, as most only spoke Ukrainian.
